Next

The roadmap as recorded.

Now

  • 3.5.21 perf pass: land the fixes, retest combat slowdown
  • Targeting + visuals specs: research specs land in this or follow-up builds

Queued

  • Baseline proof: a clean 3.5.5 run to re-verify the foundation
  • Stairs: traversal between levels
  • Doors & objects: interactables beyond units

Investigating / shelved

  • Freeze bug: open investigation
  • Re-login crash: open investigation
  • Gamepad concept: abandoned, do not reuse
  • Old sky/ReShade experiment: superseded, written fresh

Working rule that shaped the whole record: one fix per build, each behind its own switch, so any change can be undone with DOWNGRADE or a console command.
